Current account status
The Immergity app is currently planned without user account creation. The app may collect assessment data and referral request data so that immigration pathway diagnostics and referral workflows can operate.
Request deletion of assessment data
Email privacy@immergity.ca to request deletion of assessment data, referral request data, or related app data. Please include the email address or phone number used in the assessment or referral request and write: "I am requesting deletion of my Immergity assessment data."
Processors involved
Assessment data may be processed through Supabase for the diagnostic engine. Referral request data may be processed through Google Firebase/Firestore for referral request storage and workflow management.
Verification and retention
We may need to verify your identity before completing a deletion request. Some records may need to be retained where required for legal, regulatory, billing, dispute-resolution, or professional recordkeeping reasons. Retained information will be limited to what is reasonably required.
If accounts are added later
If the Immergity app later allows account creation, users will be given an in-app account deletion path where required, and this page will continue to serve as the outside-the-app request page.
